Pop the hood and try to follow the wiper fluid lines as far as you can, to see if they are being squeezed anywhere. I had low pressure once on my windshield wiper fluid, and found the hose was being squeezed at one point. Fixed that, and they were fine.
Also, something is definitely wrong with the sensor alerting you if your light are still on/if your keys are in the ignition when you get out of the car. The car should definitely notify you, I hope it's a simple fix for that, but I personally wouldn't know where to start to get that fixed.
