If you live in a winter climate like myself it is very important to get the salt off of the vehicle as quickly as possible. Before this coming winter (my 2nd with the Versa) I will be giving the entire underbody and wheel wells multiple thick layers of clear coat to heal protect against rust.
Yeah I live in a winter climate state, and this past winter we had pounds of salt on the roads. Sounds like rust proofing the car might be a good investment after solving this
