4Runner: 2011 Versa S

I finally got my springs on after waiting 1.5 months for FedEx to get them here. I did a 1.8"/2" lowering kit. Supper happy with it only took me 2 hours to get done. Also got me a DC Sport true CAI and tinted my windows 32% and 5%. Now just going to get me a set of rims and maybe a few more things.

Like your window tint and engine cover. Mines and I think the 16s do not come with one, but it looks like its missing it.

If it werent for the fact I got an alignment Id bought those springs off ebay for 70 bones.

Now in a few weeks got to get the alignment redone. When I do springs I like to add camber bolts and push the strut joint with the wheel to add some negative camber.

I bought these for 140. I bought them from Mugan them self. They ride pretty good though. A little stiffer but nothing to complain about.

The car is super clean too. I bought it from a little ol lady that only drove it a few times. It only had 11k on it. I'm at 55,500 now. Car is a magnet for getting hit though. I just got hit last month twice. And they ran so can't get them fixed and tired of putting claims on it from people hitting it and running so I'll wait to get a few more then do it lol

That sucks. I had a black cherry hybrid and use to let the car auto brake and recharge its batteries by not putting a foot on either pedal. Never occurred to me the brake lights did not illuminate unless the brake was pressed. Never got rear ended, but got passed a ton of times and flipped off regularity.

Oh, those are better springs. I thought you were the guy I was bidding against on ebay for a 70 dollar set of springs.

I like the ride of my 16 sedan doing 80, but its crossed my mind a few times to lower it and go larger wheels/tires.

Na I don't do eBay. I just buy from the factory I'm wanting to buy from. I pay more but would rather support the company I buy from more. Been happy so far. Made this tank of fuel stretch out to 425 got 35 mpg. Already had 200 on the tank when I got the springs on. Looks tons better and handle a lot better need to get some summer tires and would look much better. Just trying to build other projects too on top of this so it gets expensive lol

Welcome to the forums. I fixed your title. Follow instructions please!

Back on track! How do you like your new suspension? I used to have Tein springs on my Versa.

I really like them. The ride is a little stiff compared. But honestly not bad at all. And it looks so much better.
