what's up guys. It's time to add a few pictures of what i have going on with my 2017 V.

So far I replaced the super shitty factory speakers with 6.5" Kicker DS series mounted in the factory bracket after cutting out the stock paper speaker. Sound quality improved tremendously and even tho they are 4ohm vs 2ohm factory, the volume reduction was not noticeable (the system distorts before full volume anyways)

Custom Subwoofer box made after ALOT of though, ideas and more ideas on what to do in regards to bass. every vehicle I own including the wifes all have stereo systems simply because I love music, for road trips with the family we take her rogue so it's a must for me.
This is what I ended up with. after originally wanting a ported truck style wedge box as tall and wide as the rear seat (but would be annoying to have to slide it down and place it flat facing up when I need to fold seats down for cargo)

Box is made to spec for 2-8" Massive Audio Sumo 84's Its a bit over 2cu ft total, ported to 35hz to give nice deep bass and sound good with all types of music and most important of all, with the least impact on usability of the cargo space even with seats folded down.
Dimensions are 35" wide x 9.5" high x 16.75" deep with counter sunk face and a 4" Aeroport. water bottle in pics is for reference, also it's on the tailgate of my truck so you can see how small it really is.

Woofers are like I said Massive Audio Sumo 84's dual 4ohm coils. rated at 300watts rms 600watts max, but the shop that made the box says they can handle the 600rms all day, and many videos I've seen on YouTube confirm they love power and hit amazingly hard for being 8's

Wheels came in today. 15x7 +35 konig Dial In. weight 10.9lbs Color matte gray. Yes center caps are included.

I gave this alot of thought as well, I like how the Notes look with 17x8s +35-30 offset and 17x9s with low offset as well, only issue is weight, Its extremely hard to find 17x8s let alone 17x9s that are reasonable weights. I did find some advanti racing 17x8s at 14lbs that after adding tires would = stock wheel n tire weight, other brands are just too expensive to justify using on these cheap cars (in my old man with kids and a mortgage point of view lol)

Stocks are said to be about 17lbs with hubcap, these are 10.9 so a big reduction in weight if each wheel, should make the car more enjoyable to drive which is what I'm after and a better look as well.
Tires I'm going to swap the hyper cool stock 185s and tpms sensors over for now since they only have 19k miles on them. once they are worn I'll upgrade to 205/60-15 to stay as close as possible to stock diameter. I'd also like to lower it either before or right after the wheels so it doesnt look funny.

It's good. Not overly stiff, not bouncy after you adjust them to the right firmness. I'm 38 years old not a kid anymore lol and use this car as a commuter, good ride for a daily driver. Freeway speeds above 65 feel solid not like before. You can do 80mph all day with a solid feel.
