Same car same problem here. Any luck? Dont know if its relay, temp sensor or fan itself. Where are relays even located.

Is your car overheating? Is it with or without A/C?

Most fans will only kick on at about 220-230 to prevent overheating.

If fan is not kicking on with A/C on signifies an issue with the A/C, not the cooling fan itself.

How do you know the fan is not working? How are you testing it? Are you starting the car with ac on full power? Is ac blowing cold inside the car? Fan should rev up to high speed.

What is the history of the car? Have you owned it since new, bught it used from a dealer or salvage title from craigs list?

Same problem Nissan Versa 2014 CV tran. Fan never runs. Turn AC on full - no fan. Ran the diagnostic test that ignores all sensors to turn things on and off
wiper pass
taillights pass
headlights pass
AC compressor clutch engage Pass
Radiator fan high turn on FAIL
Radiator fan low turn on FAIL
I swear I hear a relay click when the two fan tests run but I cannot find it for the life of me.

Are you using a bi-directional scanner to turn on/off components?
OR there is a build-in diagnostic procedure we can use to test each components list above.

The first thing you do is spin the fan blade by hand and then jumper the motor to 12 volt to see if it even works. All the computer control on the planet won't work a fan motor that is dead.
