Replaced fuel pump today, again. During week went to start in the morning and it wouldn't. It was getting enough fuel to prime the engine, and it would start for a few seconds, but then die.
Replaced with a Delphi brand rather than the cheaper ones. Delphi has the FPR on the top of the pump. Others had it on the bottom, including the OEM pump. On my 3rd pump now. The delphi is way better construction that the other cheaper replacements.
So now it starts but it seems like a weak start to me.
Before I button up the rear seat, where is the fuel filter at?
Any other suggestions for a weak start? Connections did not appear corroded. I definitely could see debris in the tank and attempted to fish it out.
