well while your trying to figure the problem out you can install an oil catch can. Just be sure to empty it once in awhile and top your oil off.
I've never seen an issue like this on a naturally aspirated car that wasn't serious. I understand the VC thing. Usually there are baffles under the VC that the oil collects on instead of going back into the PVC tubing. But I still can't see this being the problem or as much of a problem as your getting.
Was this car ever worked on? You sure you have all the hoses hooked up correctly? Nothing kinked?
