base locks?

i have the base sedan, the manual locks are building on me, its pretty annoying. does anyone know if there's a way to make it auto lock, like a motor and sensor install or something? or would it be to much work that i might as well deal with it.

Don't know for sure but how about getting some power lock doors off of a Versa from a junk yard? You would need the power components, wiring and door panels with the switches to make it work. I don't think it would be that hard to wire up or have someone wire up for you. Worth looking into at least.

My brother did it too on my dad's Sunfire. Car was base, no A/C, no auto locks, nothing.
He bought a kit off ebay, and installed the auto locks along with an alarm. Took him an entire day with help from a friend, but he did it.

yeah i really wanna look into it, manual windows are easy, but even if the locks had a power key switch to lock instead of getting another door panel, that would be great
