2011 fuel pump issues

Pump won't prime or run. Replaced pump and IPDM?? Checked fuse within IPDM....kinda stuck. Help please.

What happened before hand? Was the car rear ended or in a minor accident? Could be the inertia switch is tripped.

Thinking no inertia switch there.

ECM powers pump relay coil on for a couple seconds with key turned on to prime. Power also goes in another circuit from fuse through the other part of pump relay in IPDM and then to the pump and then grounded.
