Very bumpy ride?

I have a 2007 Nissan Versa Hatchback.

I've been noticing that the ride is really bumpy. I can't tell if it's just the roads here or something with my car. I just got struts and spring coil replaced because of the recall on my car. I have winter tires on right now, the front passenger wheel is losing air faster than the rest. I'm not sure if the bumpy ride is due to the wheel, roads, something else, or if it's normal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just got the shocks and springs replaced?!?!?! Yeah, its going to be bumpy. Im sure the old ones were soft and allowed you to do 50 mph down a bumpy road like a ten year old Camry.
