Help Identifying A Part that's leaking

Hey guys, new girl with a 2014 Nissan Versa S. October of last year, I had a sudden clutch slave cylinder failure and Ive had tha replaced by a shop near me. Yesterday, it happened again. Shifting up from 2nd to 3rd and sudden lost of clutch pressure. Checked under my car and this was leaking (attached photograph).
Can someone identify this part?

I can't really tell whether its related to the brake line system, or the clutch slave cylinder system, but in either case, there should be no loss of fluid out of those lines. I would check both the brake and slave master cylinders to insure that you have enough fluid in them. Good luck!!
