Electrical Problem, Car won't start

Hello everyone, I'm kinda new here ( I've been browsing the forum for years, without posting)

I have a Versa 2010 Manual, 1.8 Hatchback

Here's my problem :

The car won't start, I've change the battery (Because it was due and I thougt it was that) but the problem still persit. I hear no sound from the starter, I have no electrical things that work but my tail lights, my hazard lights, but only in the car, and the beep sound when i put the key in. Oh, and the red LED light that flash with the car with a key in it. i've check all the fuses but in vain. Can you help me? or should I go to a Garage?

And the car was working just fine 3 days prior, and when I've tried to take it, it was like this

I think it may be a relay, but which one?

Hope you can help me and thank you.

You could have a bad fusible link that can cause all kind of issues. Sometimes it knocks out all the power in the car, and sometimes not. The link below will show you what it looks like. The price of the part is not too bad, and there is no telling if it will solve your problem. You mentioned that you checked all the fuses. I don't know how you checked them, but I usually remove the fuse and check it with an ohm meter to insure that the fuse is good. Sometimes a fuse will blow and it is hard to tell visually that it is bad. Good luck!!!

Won't be the main fusible link off battery because the lights work.

The ignition relay in the IPDM (under hood and by and in front of battery) if you have one could do a lot of that, I'm working off an '11 service manual. The IPDM main case is square with one corner cut off, the ignition relay is the one diagonal and most opposite that cut off corner and next to the highest numbered fuse in the box, either F24 or 56, depending on which IPDM box you have there.

Finally it was the battery link relay, I didn't check it first because I had power to my tail lights but turn out they are directly linked to the battery and does not pass by this relay. Thank you all for your help, you've save me a few hundred bucks for not going to a garage
