A/C problems in 2008 Nissan Versa hatchback 1.8

Once I turn my AC in my Versa it will keep blowing normal air and it's not cold, I took it to various locations to check the AC, and they all didn't know what was going on , the pipes are freezing cold, the compressor is working and there is no leaks but they don't know what's wrong with it . One of them said something about the blend door having a problem but he don't know what to do with it.

Any suggestions please ?
Thank you so much

Why are you even looking for it before you determine whether it is the problem or not?

What problem? Generally one will try to find out what the problem is, apply it to the door. Why is it not working? Not rocket science there.
