Removing window crank

Ok the the windows crank is really making me mad lol what's the secret for that. Plus my sec set of 6.5 front speakers need to fit in that factory holder they have in there.....I'm like what come on

Special tool to remove "hairpin" that holds the handle on. Or use needle nose pliers. Other cars i had were that way, i assume the V is the same.
For the speakers, i didnt use the factory holders, just screwed them into the metal using the "Žars" on edge of speaker, cuz V calls for 6.75 inch

I remove mine with a shirt, or thin rag. Make sure you dont loose the pin, they're hard to find.
