Won't start….starts and dies.

Hi everyone…..need some help.

2010 Versa with 92,000 miles. Suddenly won't start but cranks over fine……then a few hours later it fired up and ran great. I shut off and started several times……then few minutes later it started and acted like it ran out of gas and died and won't start again…..thinking bad fuel pump or plugged fuel filter since I have not messed with neither. Read a few internet things like it could be some type of sensor and not gas related. There is no smell of gas, several times I tried pumping and even then no smell of gas. Have had the car since it had 9K on it and been a great car…..any help appreciated!!!!

I've had some what of the same problem, haven't been able to figure out what it is. Even a trusted Mechanic couldn't figure it out. Friend of mine told me it might have to do with a vacuum line. Haven't checked but I would encourage you to do so if all else fails. Mine is working just fine at the moment which is why is not at the top of my list but i'm just waiting for it to surface again =(
