Hey guys, I just got tuned into this website, importmonster.com.au its a great site.

What they do is list yahoo japan auctions in english. This allows you to buy anything on the auction site in a format similar to ebay (some items are bids, some have a buy it now feature). after you buy an item, import monster charges you a small comission and ships it to you here in the US. YOU CAN LOOK AT WHAT THE COMMISSION CHARGE AND THE SHIPPING WILL BE PRIOR TO PURCHASING!

A quick glance didn't show all too much for the tiida, but something I did see that interested me was some seat rails (for mounting aftermarket seats.) If you were looking for parts for another car, they have TONS of stuff floating around, and the prices are pretty cheap. Once you add in shipping and the commission, I'm not sure how much cheaper than buying locally, but the whole reason we'd be there is to find parts we can't find anyways!

So if you've got some free time, check them out. Its pretty easy to use and you can find some cool stuff. (They don't just sell car parts) keep in mind that all the auctions prices have been converted to au dollars, so do your own conversion to figure out prices in USD

Do you think they ship to Canada as well? I would love to find some Tiida parts that fit the versa :)

They probably do. They have a facebook page, so you can just check them out and post the question. I didn't see too many parts on there, but if you ask, they might be able to find stuff.

Damn man, I just check this site and everything is crazy expensive. I mean, I know it's all genuine JDM stuff, but damn lol. Mostly cause of freight charges from both Japan and Australia and site commission. They do have some useful and cool stuff I'll give you that. But too rich for my blood lol

It is very expensive. And sometimes orders take awhile cause they have to wait until they have a FULL cargo container to ship across the ocean.. Most of their business actually goes to Australia, but they do ship worldwide.

And where else would you get the stuff?? haha. I've found their prices to be quite reasonable for parts (used parts are ridiculously cheap from them) but some of the other stuff is very expensive. Plus you have to add about 2.5 cents for every Aussie dollar for the exchange rate.
