How do I change the rear wiper blade 2015
I have a 2015 Versa Note its only 2 months old and the rear wiper blade is torn. I went to Napa got a wiper blade it s a little bigger than whats on there I want to remove the old blade BUT cant. How is that darn thing on there? NO it wont just pop off. I dont want to break the whole arm off the back of the car. This is crazy. this shouldn't be this hard. the owners manual says go to dealer for rear wiper blade. WTF i gota spend 50 bucks now to change a rear wiper blade?? :frown

I'd like to know this too. Wife, AutoZone employee, and I worked on it for 15min

What I did
I ended up going to dealer got replacement blade and took the insert out of the new blade and installed rubber insert into blade on car. If you want to replace the whole thing then a gear puller is required. You pop off the lower plastic cover which exposes the knurled hub of the motor that the blade is pressed onto. Use puller to remove from the knurled motor hub. MAJOR pain just for a wiper blade. Poor design. BUT I have seen worse design things on hyundai cars for sure.

Lucky I can reply here. Every time I have to sign into this STUPID forum I have to reset password as they have sooooo many rules on the password they think there protecting top secret files here. Freakin ludicrous

Too bad Nissan doesn't sell just the rubber insert/refill. I had the same experience as you guys; the dealer had only the blade ($50+) and didn't sell the rubber insert/refill separately. Since I don't use the rear wiper often, I didn't buy the blade and don't plan to replace it.

Where the arm connects to the wiper blade should be a tab that sticks out slightly that you push of pull while pushing the wiper arm downwards towards the arm mount. Sometimes with dumb luck it will pop or twist out of the arm.
