When you set down to do something that likely nobody else ever has you have picked yourself to be the test guinea pig there. I do wiring much more involved that that and I don't have a clue what you are even trying to do other than pointing out why this or that is what it is, and not going to do the research to write a 500 page book to explain to you what to do, what you are looking for there. It's not rocket science but you MUST know what each and every wire does there and in the other places where your wires originate as well, or a complete understanding of it ALL (not just 2 or 3 wires) to be absolutely sure you don't torch anything when you turn it on.
Modern cars have at least 5 miles of wire in them now, only the foolish make guesses anymore, you know the type, always looking for ECMs when they fry them, radios do the same thing easy as spit. The 2014 manual being the same as 2015 shows that if you had researched the '14 closer to find the same wire color codes and groupings you would have been able to predict the 2 manuals would be the same without buying the 2015 one. In fact you would not have even needed the '15 one at all. So you fell short there, I do that comparo all the time. Cars change occasionally ( like Versa '11 to '12 at model change) and the several years after the change will be virtually the same until they change things again to then do the same thing once more.
Did you bother to do wire color code interpretation there? Many plugins swear to work but they have mixed up color codes to make you determine pin position correctness when the code on pigtail does not match the car plug. I had to pull the pins and remount them all over the place in the last install I did using a Metra pigtail, it was totally miswired into the plug. One that was supposed to work. Then the other end got used with several wires of the wrong color code but you ignore the code to use the actual wire needed and why you have to know what all of them do to be complete and correct and not missing anything at the end of job before powering anything up. The wires do not care what color they are, only that they are in the right place. That install went up to work perfectly and several years ago and still works fine.
