It'll probably help quite a bit if you specify what Versa/Tiida you are talking about (1st Gen, 2nd Gen, Sedan, Hatch, Note, Model Year) since I would really doubt it if they are all the same.

2014 Versa Note SV

So sorry!
2011 Versa Hatchback S.
Since the SL has a 16 wheel, I am wondering if a full size 15" wheel/tire will fit. There seams to be tons of room.

I have a 2007 Versa S hatch and usually keep a 195/60/R15 spare in there. The foam doesn't fit and I had to get an extension for the hold down. There's still tons of room left.

07 Versa S hatch 6sp.
MR20DE swap, AEM CAI, DC Sports catback exhaust, & strut bar, Racing Line lower engine mount & short throw shifter, home-made Polyurethane engine mounts, PowerFlex control arm bushings and transmission mount insert, Fortune Auto 500 coil overs, coils Springs, SL leather steering wheel, Juke Nismo shifter knob, Sparco Chrono Road drivers seat, VersaSpeed Stainless Steel brake lines, and Hawk HP Plus brake pads.
