Driver seat height aduster problem

Purchased my wife a dealer used 2016 Versa Note back in September from a NH dealer and drove/auto trained the car to Florida back in January for the winter. At some point the seat adjuster pump doesn't work so I took it to a Nissan dealer in Fort Lauderdale last week. Dealer had the car for 6 hours and told me they didn't have enough time to diagnose the problem and wanted me to leave till this week which wasn't going to work for us. I wouldn't have minded bringing the car back to install a new part, but telling me they need the car again to figure out what needs replacing tells me they didn't even look at the seat. I reached out to Nissan to see if they can help get the seat repaired before having to drive 1800 miles with my head hitting the roof.

Looking at the online OEM Nissan parts websites, I don't see a separate height adjustment part and looks like the entire seat needs to be replaced. Can anyone confirm that is the case.

Welcome aboard.

I have the S model and no height adjustment here. Most cars that have a pump adjustment its made into the front of the seat and it ratchets around a piece that is egg shape to cause the seat to raise and lower.

I had a car that was am 1981 model that the seat height adjuster did not work. Turned out the seat posts had rusted through the floor so the base of the seat was resting on the floor.
