Trying to remove a dash cover to install USB ports

Does anybody know how to pop out the cover in the attached photo ?

Lower instrument panel finisher. The entire bigger cover under steering wheel comes off.

Yank fuse cover under the one you marked and remove 2 screws under it, then the entire cover is popped on with clips, 2 behind that cover you're interested in and 1 each at the top and bottom of the right hand of the bigger cover.

Once the bigger one is loose you can view the back to determine how the one you want comes off. It may be that the first 2 clips I mentioned are what hold it on.
