Relax...

Weird Question,
when you're feeling stressed out or feeling enxious, what do you do to relax for 30 minutes or an hour at home or maybe all day if you could?

In the winter time I will sit by the fireplace and read a book. In the summer I will clean whatever car is in the driveway. Detailing cars is relaxing for me.

Good point. I've seen alot of cases where people get mad and leave the house(in their cars) burning out and driving crazy. In some cases they get hurt badly, or never make it back home.

Go to bed, lol. Sit outside and listen to the quietness, and watch the sky, birds, cars, etc.
