Pioneer headunit used at home?

Okay, see if anyone knows how to do this. I have a pioneer radio for the car, but its in the garage and im not using it. Id like to use it at home. My question is, is there a device that I can buy that will plug into the wall for power, but have wire connections that I can wire up the radios harness too. Like the yellow(12v constant), red(12V acc), and black(ground) wires to power the device? Please help!

You need something like this:
AC/DC Converter | Canadian Tire

But I would change the wiring on it to just hard wire the head unit in. My neighbour built a cabinet with a few car speakers in it and a deck and it works pretty well, I just don't know how he powers it. But something like what I posted would work with just some very simple modification.
