Unhappy RECALL

I got second recall in air bag inflators the service department said they probably can only do passenger side and not the drivers side he said at least 2 hour wait or more. March 2017 I got first recall so the drivers side I have to go again and wait .the parts are coming from the same place and I will wait for a recall again WE SHOULD BUY USA PARTS.NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM.

What make and model V?

I had a 2010 honda insight with recall. To this date the new owner has yet to get the air bags replaced either. At one time honda wouldnt let you drive a car with the recalled air bags and you got a loaner from the dealer if not a rental til it came in. Usually those customers were also put on a priority list and got their air bags faster.

Im not 100% sure what the problem is. I dont know if you can blame any country, race, etc. Usually stuff from Japan is of good quality. With China its hit or miss. One of Honda issues with their oil consumption was the use of rings made by a supplier from China, the bad side of China.

Im rather butt sore at Honda as is as that car lost value like a rock and at 104 thousand miles all the idiot lights came on and I had a misfire which limits the car to 20 mph. Long story short blow by oil consumption and oil all inside the EGR, Intake and head.

I got my second one yesterday, but they said that the airbag would not be available until spring of 2018. So, whatever. Not much I can do now, unless I want to raise my blood pressure and be that annoying person who won't leave until I get what I want.
