I have a 2012 Versa sedan, and the blower motor is on the drivers side of the cabin filter box under the dashboard. I do not know if the 2018s have it in the same location. On the earlier year models, the blower motor was located on the passenger side of the cabin filter box under the dash. Below is a link to a video on how to change the filter. If your filter box looks the same, that means you blower motor is on the drivers side, and it is one awful job to get it out.
OP, I guess your 2018 Versa is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Is anything wrong with the blower motor, or it is just an academic interest?
