Offset refers to how far the hub is from the true middle of the wheel. +25 means that there is 25mm from where the hub bolts to the wheel, to where the actual dead center of the wheel is. My wheels are 17x7 +47. They fit fine. Since those are an extra inch wide but have a much smaller offset you should be fine. Fitment should be similar to what I have.

I know how big the offset is but I tried to find out how they would look. Will the stick out 25mm or is that just the lip its referring to?
