If you are under warranty still ask them to replace the FPR just to be on the safe side. That's what I did.

I think I will, it makes me kind of salty to think that I have a newer, well maintained vehicle and I could potentially put up with it not starting every once in awhile.

Yeah might as well get it fixed. Mine did the same thing within the first year, my dad noticed it, so we got it fixed last year. I can go days without starting the car and it always starts up fine now. That's what the warranty is for

It doesn't sound like the greatest service from the dealership. I would keep pestering them to fix it until they do. Any other Nissans close by that you could visit?

Thread hijack: Ashley, did you see they are bringing back the NB? I think in 2012 or 13. Oprah gave some away the other day, or so I heard.:jumping:

Yes I visit the NB forums regularly. The drawings though of the "new" NB have not been the nicest. I still want a Cabrio though; and they have not mentioned yet if they will be available in a cabrio. I will just have to wait and see what they come up with. It would be nicer to buy a new one and keep it mint then buy a used one.

What's the NB update?
Do you have another thread about this?
Are you on the "tex" for vw?
I check out tdiclub once in a while.
I think Versa better all-around value, but i miss my Vdubs a lot.
And ya can't get TDI and Cabrio together, unless you break some new ground and make it happen with a TDI swap!:thumb2:

Versa is almost paid off ... and when I have the cash for the NB I'll buy it!
And I only want a cabrio, preferably with a manual turbo. But whatever deal I can find, on the newest model possible, then that's what I will get.
Versa is a good all around car, and has been a great first car; but it's not my dream car. I'll be happy if it lasts for another 10 years though
