Hi all,

I have a 2007 Versa. After running out of gas yesterday, I refilled the tank with 6 gallons and it still won't start. I tried turning the key to on a few times before attempting to start in order to release air from the lines, but still no luck. Any suggestions or ideas of what the issue might be?

Thank you,

Imri

If you have difficulty hearing it, lift up the bottom of the rear seat.
You may have damaged the fuel pump when running out of gas.
Not only does the gas keep the fuel pump cool, but when you run that low on gas,
the fuel pump starts to suck up all the gunk and sediment that has accumulated over the years
and clogged the fillter screen.
