2009 1.8L stainless exhaust and cat.

This is My granddaughter's car. I know very little about it.

2009 Versa S Sedan 1.8L, 110,000 miles. Bought with about 34,000 miles. Nothing but oil changes so far.

The complete exhaust is shot, catylitic converter and all.

I would like a once and done stainless system. And all needed hardware.

I would buy everything seperately if need be.

I haven't found any good recommendations with a lot of searching.

I will need help installing or to find a shop. A guy from Indiana volunteered if timing works out.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a good stainless cat?

A good stainless cat back system?

A complete stainless system - manifold back?

What I need for hardware to install?

Shop recommendations within a couple / few hours of northeast Illinois?

Thanks.

Someplace, someone posted a link to parts schematics with the torque values beside the fasteners.

I have searched all over and can not find the link.

Thanks

Wish me luck. Unless I find someone to help or do it. I will be trying the front brakes and right front lower control arm today.

Just hoping I can get back up after I get down

We missed a bolt and nut when ordering. The bolt and nut that holds the lower ball joint.
It is shown on FSU10
We did not download PS9.
The parts schematic we got at the dealership did not show the steering knuckle. Or the bolt and nut.
So the bolt was not on the hardware list.

We see steering knuckle as part 1 40014-ED000 . Shows bolt - 2 and nut - 3. But we can't find where the part numbers are listed for 2 & 3

I called a dealer and got part # 54459AX. For the bolt

Nut. 001223N2011
Are these correct?

Help!!
Thanks

bolt is: 54459-AX00C so you got it right,

and nut seems to be 01223-N2011, so they both look correct! I checked it on nissanpartsdeal.

What happened to the bot and nut that came with the car? did you have to brake them?

Make sure any cat you get is OBD II compliant.
As for shops, there are quite a few of them in the area. I used a shop in Naperville when I did mine.
Tire Tracks in Bradley, Illinois installed what I bought for a very reasonable price.
They said the parts I purchased bolted right in.

I don't think it hurt that I supplied all new OEM/Nissan gaskets, hangers & hardware

If I remember right, I trashed them getting them out.

It was my error. I don't remember exactly what I did wrong to make it harder to disassemble.
it will come a time when I'll have to do it too.

I actually found the same system you found on ebay...I'm not sure about overall quality but nissan OEM one seems not very high end (and I took great care of it).

Cat works fine. Please let us know if you find some good options :)
It's been a while now and the parts I ordered seem to be holding up well.
The stainless cat and stainless cat back system went in rather easily according to Tire Tracks in Bradley, Illinois that installed it.
