It sounds like bad voltage from the battery, have you tried a jump? If its not that then the alternator might be going bad.

Before you going into anything, you really want to check the three main problems for a car not starting, battery, alternator, starter. You said the battery was good, did you check it with a volt meter? If so what did it read? If the voltage is off by a slight amount it won't start. If you can get the car to an autozone they can tell you whats wrong for free.
