My my car is pulling hard to the right while driving it literally Yanks you off the road while driving anywhere between 15 mile an hour to 40 mph

Take it to a shop YESTERDAY!!

Just by this very brief description of your problem, it is impossible to tell what component is causing the issue. There are quite a few.
It could even be a failure of something on the rear of the car causing the issue.

This does sound serious, do you want to take it to a mechanic or attempt to fix it yourself??

This is clearly a problem best addressed by a shop with a laser alignment rack and skilled tech.
