Not good. :(
Amen on that brother!!! :smilielol5:
that's not good, very dangerous if the transmission can shift from the park position without pressing the brake pedal, maybe this could happen

like forgetting the ebrake

Haha the second one was funny! The grass like swallowed his car, haha. He sees its gone, but keeps pumping gas, too funny!
That first guy came so close to getting nailed by that rig right after the car stops it goes by.

Brake Shift interlocks are notoriously problematic.
Honda, Toyota, Chrysler, Land rover and others have all had issues with them, in recent years.

It's not a huge problem, remember until about 1993 There was no such a device. And back then cars were not ghost riding all over the place.

JL
A buddy had an Evo that rolled down a incline with the e-break on. Rolled right back into another car. They were pissed. Friend had his break on but not in gear. Turbo timer on it so he just put it in neutral and got out.
Okayyyyy, leaving mine in first and parking brake from now on.
My MkI Rabbits didn't have a clutch starter interlock, and could start the car in gear without clutch depressed! My MkIIs never tried it...
I parked one Rabbit on steep hill in first gear and no brake, it rolled a few inches, stopped, rolled again, stopped as engine slowly turned over...i put those days behind me lol
