Hi all. I have a 2013 sv sedan and am trying to figure out if my car has the in cabin air filter? Does anyone know if it's standard on the sv? If not how do I verify?

Thanks!

I know in my car in the glovebox there is a sticker that says the car is equipped with a cabin filter. But I have an 09. Another way to verify is too actually look for the filter. They normally are located behind the glove box.
Cool. Ill take a look today. Thanks! :)
Didnt see a sticker so ill have to dig deeper tomorrow lol
I am interested in knowing what you found. I have the same trim 2013 Versa sedan. I did not find a cabin filter so I tried to install one from WIX that was supposed to work, but the plastic flange would not fit when trying to install it. So I have made no further attempt to find another cabin filter that would fit better. It was a 15 dollar experiment. If you have installed one I would appreciate knowing what brand you used so I may try again.

Thanks,

This should work for your 2013 V Sedan

It is not standard on the 2013-14 Versa, so check out my previous "How to" post above.
Alot of parts places are listing the wrong filter I found out. For the newer Versa's and Versa Notes your filter should NOT have the plastic endcap. Look for this prior to purchasing. Even if the parts guy tells you it is the right one, it is not.
Yes even the usually very accurate rockauto.com got this wrong as discussed in this recent thread regarding the same topic.

Just wished some people would use the search portion of this forum to get their questions answered. Sometimes it saves us all time and money by doing just a bit of advance research.
It worked perfect. I even talked the auto parts store in taking back the cabin filter I broke that had the partial plastic frame that I cracked. He figured if it was never going to fit that they were partially at fault.
Cannot Remove Glove Box

Hello All,

Is there a trick to remove the glove box on my 2013 Nissan Versa SL?

I removed ALL the screw, even the hidden ones behind the 2 flap doors on the lower corners of the opened GB.

HELP ME !! LOL

Hi kenjg, I'm not 100% sure for the sedan (I have the Note) but I think you do not have to remove the glove box to access the filter. Please read the "How to" post mentioned on this thread.
