Hi All!
Bought our 2014 Versa Note SV in December and we really like it. Great City car and great mileage on the freeway (doing better than 42 mpg!!), I don't even drive like a Grandma!
We live in Desert Hot Springs, CA in the foothills. I was afraid the CVT wasn't going to be able to zip up these steep streets very well. I WAS WRONG. Very zippy car and I just love the dynamic styling. I am a HUGE fan of the first generation NOTE (available only in Japan, Europe and the UK), when the new Note came out I fell in love! Nissan North America "Versa-fied" the Note hatchback for Canada, Mexico & the US. Cheapening the finishes of much of the interior. The front grill was also changed as well as the side-wing mirrors with turn signal repeaters. My goal is to replace the front grill and side view mirrors with 2015 SR parts to make my V-Note look externally like a UK model. I've tinted out the car and added an Alpine Amp and speakers to the stock CD Stereo w/ a Bass box. It sounds better than an Infiniti system, now!! The bluetooth system in the stereo works great so I didn't want to mess with it...
Luckily, our V-Note came with 15" Sport alloys and optional rear spoiler. Perhaps later I will tune it for better handling as well as convert the rear drum brakes with disc-brakes.
