I've been leaning more towards AEM just because it's C.A.R.B. legal in all 50 states. I heard it fits better in the engine compartment than the Fujita. Other than that, I like the price of Fujita and the other 'goodies' it comes with like the duffle bag, hat, and bottle of NOS. AEM is running from $200-$240 dollars and Fujita is around $150-$180 dollars. Is there any difference between the two?

Fujita looks ok, but spend a little extra for the AEM. Since it's 50 state CARB legal, I'd rather do it right the first time so I don't get hassled at the emissions for not having that CARB emblem. Also, I want to install the CAI by-pass valve.
