air bag light

I have this car for almost a year and I recently changed the factory radio for after market one and now the airbag light blinks while driving and me being a do it ur selfer I did not have the money for the wiring harness I wired it up with no wiring harness adapter and same with antenna does the airbag somehow run threw the radio car is a 2008 Nissan versa coupe with 116,000 miles I got this car from my mom
