Since its only the speakers, you shouldn't be worried since it's a lighter load than powering a subwoofer. If the amp you're using has that much power, it should have its own power stabilizer built in, and be able to distribute power evenly through all speakers to protect from overpowering them and drawing too much power from the battery.

If you were running a subwoofer/subwoofers, getting a deep cycle battery would be recommended. Your Versa is an 09, your battery and alternator are still good lol. Until you notice any power lag or dimming headlights, its a sign that the battery can't keep up and the alternator can't charge as constant as it could. But that's depending on usage and over time. Until then, run that battery and alternator down lol.

Power stabilizer = waste of money. May as well spend the money on a deep cycle for more power and than to stabilize it lol.
