Just curious if anyone is running a 2013/14/15 VSedan or VNote without Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors on their wheels. I'm wondering what indication on the dashboard do you get:
1. Does it turn on (steady) the TPMS indicator light?
2. Does it flash/blink the TPMS indicator light?
3. Is there any audible warning or buzzer that goes along with the light?
4. Does it disable any other function in the car? (e.g. traction control is disabled when you have a TPMS fault).
to answer your question, when i had my rims switched out temporarily to test fit my SSR rims, there was a light for the TPMS in the dash that will blink for about a minute and then will stay solid until you program the new TPMS sensors to work with the car, pretty much the same for all of Nissans cars and trucks unless you have Nav which the only difference is you will get a visual warning in the Nav unit instead of the dash

edit: also it will not disable anything, everything else will function normally...you'll just have an annoying light that won't go away in your dash lol

Thanks for the responses guys, just thinking ahead what I need to do for winter change over (yeah I know summer just started).

OK another question, if you have two sets of wheels, both with TPMS, what does it take to switch between sets for the TPMS system to work? Do you need to go to a dealer (to have the TPMS programmed) each time you switch sets?
as long as the TPMS sensors on both sets are programmed to work with the car you should not have any issues switching them
