Last weekend it was 105 degrees and that's when it all started. First the door open indicator light wouldn't turn off, even after checking all of the doors and hatchback. Then later that day it would blink on an off while driving. The next day door indicator light and also the A/C and rear defrost button lights would blink randomly, causing the A/C to shut off and on. On this same day the door locks would keep trying to unlock even while driving. It's like an electrical Storm. Now even while parked the door locks just keep clicking as if someone is repeatedly pushing the remote's unlock button, it has done it so much that it has killed my battery. This is a 2010 Versa with about 15K miles. I bough it new of of lot 18 months ago. Now dealer claims they can give me an estimate, but doesn't this seem like a manufacture defect? Does anyone else have electrical problems with their versa? This is my first new car and I could have sworn that it cam with a 3 year bumper to bumper as well as a 5 year power train warranty. Wouldn't this fall under the warranty?
Any help and suggestions greatly appreciated!

it should still be covered by the original manufactures warranty, if your local Nissan dealer is unwilling to help you I suggest finding the highest rated Nissan dealer in your region and taking it there to get the electrical shorts figured out.
