The bulbs are H11.
I installed my fatory fog light sytem yesterday on my 14 SV. I did almost all of it from beneth, with the wheels hanging free. I removed the hard plastic panel, and the soft rubber lower lip.
The wire for the factory connector on mine was tucked into the small hole that is between the driver's side bumper support, and the shuttered grill assembly. I forced my hand into the space, and pulled the wire connector back out of the ole with two fingers. The hole is only about 1.5 Inch square. It is a TOUGH job. But, I was afraid of breaking the grill clips. It migh havebeen easier with a pair of the double jointed needle nose pliers.
After all of that, I still don't have the lights working. I opted to install a pair of Hella micro DE HID driving lights into the factory Nissan fog lights. I might have the power to the HID transformers backwards, ut for now I an lettng my wrists heal a while.
Just wanted to post that it is possible to reach the curssed wire connector from below.
