Ok so i was driving down 64 today and out of nowhere started to get some really bad vibrations up from the front and then out of nowhere a loud bang/crack sound. I pulled over and called the dealership, asked them to arange for me to get towed to them and see what the problem was.
Turns out the transmission had gone out. They offered to take care of it under warenty and all that, give me a loaner in the meantime but while they were talkin i took a walk outside. I walked over to the used lot just to look around and noticed a white 370Z sittin there. Asked a few questions about it and turns out it was turned back in by some guy (they didnt tell me why) but the car is still in mint condition. So i take a look at it, do some math and ended up buying it. Traded in the V, took a small loss but since i had bought it with cash i didnt owe a thing on it and i had gotten a little bit more out of the V anyways since i had put some mods into it.
Now your asking if im selling anything off the V, no im not sorry, the dealership paid extra to keep the sound system, wheels/tires, and bodykit. The Strutbar, Tiebar, and intake im selling to a local kid who is interested in modding his V a little bit.
Side note i owe Bob at Versaspeed a HUGE thank you, not only was he the person i went through for 90% of my parts but he was very helpfull over the phone and when it turned out i bought the 370, he ended up giving me a full refund on a sparco wheel/shift knob i had on the way. If anyone out there needs parts or has any questions ask him, and then after seeing what he has to say buy your parts through him!!
Ill hang around the forum a bit but for obvious reasons (not owning a V) i wont say/do much.
