Yes it does. It is located on the intake manifold.
When was the last time the brake fluid was flushed and/or changed?
How are the wheel cylinders on the drum brakes? Piston seals on the calipers?
How are the rubber brake hoses?
Are pads/shoes in good shape?
Are the drums/rotors in good shape?
A competent brake shop can do diagnosis and repairs cheaper than a dealer.
