My brake warning light comes on when I'm making tight turns at high speeds. I popped the hood and checked my brake fluid, and it looks like it's close to the MIN line. Should I get my brakes checked or try to top off the brake fluid first?

edit: Did some more research, and looks like the worst case scenario is that there's a leak in the master cylinder. Right now I'm thinking that the brake fluid wasn't at max when I got the car, and now the pads are a little worn, causing the fluid to go down slightly. I'll add some more so it's slightly below the MAX line and see what happens.

yes do the easy stuff first...top up fluids. brake fluid also drops when brake pad material worn down, will pop up again if new pads and rotors installed
