Broken coil springs

Hey. I knows this is a stupid question but I want opinions please.. I went to a Mechanic today to get a wheel bearing done. They called and said 2 of my front struts are leaking and 1 coil spring (passenger side) is broken off. Can't get the parts easy in my area because it is an "import car" so I called the dealer in my area.. guess what I paid for 2 struts and 2 springs? 815.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyways question, I have a camping trip planned with my friends 2 hour drive.. should I take the chance to go? Thanks for any opinions! :smile5:

The car is a 2007 with 85,000 Kms

You can get brand new aftermarket coilovers for that price :eek6:

But on to the topic, imo i don't think you should risk it if they broken. Might have some other consequences if driven on like that.
