Hello Everyone! I just purchased my first car, a Blue 2009 Nissan Versa Hatchback! I was able to get it for a steal and I bought it from the original owner. I have been doing some work on it to fix it up. As I was carefully removing one of the screws on the engine cover, it just snapped in half. I know it’s just cosmetic and most people keep the engine cover off, but I’d like to repair it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to repair this? Thank you!

Not just cosmetic. This is not the "engine cover", it's the intake manifold. It should be fixed. I'd try getting the bolt out with pair of vice grips.

The cover installs onto the top of the intake manifold. The pictures make it look like it’s the intake manifold screws but it’s not. I’ve tried using vice grips but the screw is too deep in.
