Hi there,

I bought the 6-CD changer with aux factory radio taken from a Versa '07-'11 to replace the Versa S factory radio.

I realized the SL radio I want to replace the original S radio with has 4 openings in the back. On the far left is the antennae and on the far right is the main connector (no issue there). But in the middle of the SL radio are two separate connectors that should plug in next to each other. The S radio does not have these two ports but one in the middle instead (about same size as a port on the SL).

What can/should I do? What does this mean if it has an extra port (what's it's function)?

Satellite Radio?

Installer Parts - Car Stereo - Wires, Tools, Harnesses, Dash Kits, Install it Yourself NSFW has cables and stuff for almost all makes and models that even crutchfield does or can not get. Crutchfield maybe a good source too. Its my experience the extra port is a channel for a bluetooth or satellite radio module.

I know one is for the Ipod connection. I pulled a radio w/aux out of a Sentra with an Ipod dock and had the extra connection.
the other one may be for bluetooth or steering wheel controls.

Yes, Sentra radios will work in the Versa, just have to swap the mounting brackets.
