If you have two sets of wheels (summer and winter, like me)most shops will charge extra to always be swapping the tpms sensors. At some places its up to an extra $20 a wheel. So basically, they're charging you an extra $80, so I can see the appeal to just turning them offI had my sensors put in my new wheels,,that really is the way to go~~~

I would gladly give up the TPMS for the HEATED MIRRORS that are mandated in Canada. Unfortunately they are not available in the US.so the nissan versa in Canada does not have TPMS sensors
I feel you, I would be more than happy to give up the TPMS sensors for something like MP3 plug on my factory radio, that or a couple tweeters, or a subwoofer, or arm rest :woot:I would gladly give up the TPMS for the HEATED MIRRORS that are mandated in Canada.
