Change on Steelies

Hi Guys,
I am Looking for Ideas on just changing up the steelies a bit,
I know what wheels I want for my Tiida. But I also find it sortof Pointless to spend that ammount of Money if I am going to sell the car 2 years from now (then it should have about 160K - 170K km on it, sitting on 60K now).

Everyone slaps on a nice set of allooys, and off they go.. But I want to be diffrent for a change.. hehe. Does anyone know if there is threads or pics of what people did to their steelies to change it up a bit to be diffrent?

I don't have any pictures but I've seen steelies painted different colors. What color are you thinking? Your hatch is white so I was thinking white on white would look good. Mine were black and I'm lazy so I repainted them black...it looked ok, they were 14 inches so I found them too small.
I have been Thinking, To make the them White, and then change the wheel covers to Black using plastidip. But I am open to some more Ideas :)
paint them up nice any color you want and then throw on some trim rings. You can even paint the rings too or anodize them to really stand out.

Another pic showing some nice lug nuts, axle cap and the chrome ring. This looks better then my s13 alloys I think. I wish I went this route now actually.

Why not paint both black? Or paint the wheel covers white.

Rob those are nice but I like your S13 alloys better.
I asked the guys at the Body shop where my car is at the moment after it decided to ran through a Brick wall, to give me a qoute to Respray the steelies white.. Got a shocker of $400 to respray those wheels.
I can get Original Nissan Allooys for that price at a Nissan Dealership with out having negotiating a price or going directly to the factory 1st.

It will cost me $10 to do it myself.. LOL.
Do it yourself. I spent like $30 on Plastidip. Love it.
