That's the Nissan Almera tuned by Impul from Malaysia it is actually offered from Nissan over in Malaysia for their version of the Versa as a promotional thing for the launch of that car there, as usual we never get those things here in the states.

If I had the money I would add that IMPUL kit and paint up the car like the Datsun Honey Bee with the yellow paint, bee logo and the stripe. One can dream....

If you ready to put down $2k+ then go for it, that's the current price for the Impul kit on the older models. Don't expect the new models to be cheaper.

No doubt, looking at the pricing off the Malaysian IMPUL site for the Almera, a front grill is like RM800.00 which is like $257 and the aerokit is like RM3000.00 which is like $964. The IMPUL exhuast is like RM1800.00 ($578).

To top it off the wheels seem to be the most expensive, RM4000 ($1286) for the 16" set of four, the 17" are like RM4600 ($1479) and the 16" Good Year Eagle F1's are like RM400 ($128) a pop and the 17'' RM450 ($144) each. IMPUL suspension is RM2800 ($900).The other accessories are just as expensive if not more.
