It sounds more like a bad CV joint/axle, although I would describe that noise as more of a click sound vs. a chirp.
In my experience, a bad wheel bearing is more of a whine noise.
I might start with a visual inspection of the CV joints, axles and boots (over the CV joints), then jack up the car and check for play in the wheel bearings and spin the wheels listening for noise.
